No. Half a day is as welcome as a three-month support arrangement. Small tasks done well tend to turn into the longer relationships anyway.
How is this priced?
Fixed price where the deliverable is clear, such as an O&M manual or a documentation package. Day rate where it's ongoing support. Quoted within 24 hours either way.
What tools do you work in?
AutoCAD for drawings, Excel and Word for schedules and documentation, and PDF workflows for issue and markup. If your business runs on a particular platform, I fit into your system rather than making you fit mine.
Can you work under our company's procedures and branding?
Yes. Documentation is produced under your templates and QA procedures where required, so the output is indistinguishable from your own team's.
